Cortney Clover has extensive work experience in the education and consulting sectors. Cortney began their career in 1998 as a Special Education Facilitator at Brazosport Independent School District and held this role until 2011. Cortney then joined Little Elm Independent School District as the Director of Special Populations, where they worked from 2011 to 2022. In 2022, Cortney became the Chief Operating Officer at MSB Consulting, focusing on Medicaid to Schools. Following this, they transitioned to their current position as the Vice President of Operations - Texas at SmartData Dashboard, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, they briefly served as the Regional Director - Texas at SmartData Dashboard for one month in December 2023.

Cortney Clover completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies at Texas Tech University from 1993 to 1998. Cortney then pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Cortney obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science, specializing in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services, from Texas Tech University.
