Emily Mistick is a Technical Product Manager at SmartCover since August 2023, following an impactful tenure at StormSensor, Inc. where Emily held the positions of Head of Data Science and Data Scientist from March 2020 to March 2023. Prior to this, Emily was a Due Diligence Fellow at E8 Angels and a Research Scientist at The University of British Columbia, where Emily also served as a Teaching Assistant. Additional experience includes roles as a Greenest City Scholar with the Vancouver Economic Commission, Research Specialist at the University of California, Riverside, and Laboratory Technician at the Royal Veterinary College. Emily's academic background features a BA Cum Laude with Highest Honors in Integrative Biology from Harvard University and an MSc from The University of British Columbia, along with a Semester in Tropical Biology at Duke University.
