Karlen Harutyunyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at SmartClick, Karlen led the development of the Influencer Marketing platform VIRALMANGO, which attracted over 500 brands and engaged more than 50,000 creators within its first five months. Prior roles include Product Manager at TeamViewer, where Karlen pioneered TeamViewer IoT and TeamViewer Web Monitoring, and Product Owner and Business Analyst positions within the same company, focusing on product vision alignment and gap analysis. Additionally, experience as Head of the Expertise & Analysis Division at Ardshinbank and Head of the Credit Transactions Monitoring Service at Areximbank-Gazprombank group further showcases a strong background in risk assessment and financial compliance. Karlen holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Yerevan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Yerevan State College of Informatics.
