James Yi Yuan is a Customer Success Strategy Manager at Smartcat since June 2023. Prior to this role, James worked at AlphaSights from July 2020 to June 2023, starting as an Associate before being promoted to Project Lead. James also gained experience as an Equity Research & Trading Summer Analyst at Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. in 2019. During their time at Dartmouth College from 2016 to 2020, James worked as an Academic Tutor. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics from Dartmouth College, where James Yi also attended Nanjing Foreign Language School from 2013 to 2016.
