Tobi Afolaranmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, operations, and customer experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Product & Strategy Manager at Smartcash PSB since July 2022, Tobi has previously held the position of Lead, Operations Management and Customer Experience at Airtel Nigeria from August 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Tobi worked at Union Bank of Nigeria from September 2015 to July 2021, taking on roles including Unit Head of Projects and Omni Channels Management and Retail Planning Analyst. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Executive Assistant at HPA Resourcing from February to August 2015, and as a Computer Instructor and Center Coordinator at Vision and Mission Global Service from March 2008 to December 2013. Tobi holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Lagos (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ilorin (2009-2013).
