Gemma Hughes is a seasoned professional in assistive technology, currently serving as a Content UX Engineer at Smartbox Assistive Technology since July 2006, focusing on user-centered design and customer feedback. Prior roles at Smartbox include Assistive Technology Support Engineer and Assistive Technology Engineer, where responsibilities involved providing support and enhancing communication and independence for users throughout the UK. In addition to their main profession, Gemma operates a jewelry design venture on Etsy, showcasing unique crafts.
