Deborah Smart is the Owner and President of Smart1 Management Solutions, LLC, since March 2012. With extensive experience in aviation and management, Deborah has held significant positions at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), including Director of Terminal Planning from February 2004 to December 2012, Director of National Airspace System Operations Program from June 2001 to February 2004, and Director of NAS Transition and Integration for a brief period in 2001. Additionally, Deborah served as a Board Director for the Transportation Federal Credit Union from 2011 to 2018. Deborah's educational background includes studies at Prince George's Community College (1983-1985), DC Teachers College (1974-1976), and Chamberlain Vocational High School (1971-1974).
