Florin Brazdau serves as the General Manager of smartwood Romania since August 2017 and is a member of the Executive Board of smartwood Group, the leading global manufacturer of food-grade wooden sticks. With extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, previous roles include Manufacturing Manager at Draexlmaier Systemtechnik GmbH, Operations Manager at TRW Airbag Systems SRL, and Business Excellence and Six Sigma Manager at TRW Automotive Safety Systems. Additionally, leadership positions at Coca Cola HBC Romania highlight competencies in engineering, production management, and continuous improvement. Florin holds a degree in Mechanics from the Technical University of Timisoara, obtained in 1996.
