Faisal Omar Baadhim is a Senior Product Engineer at Smart Technology Solutions, with experience in technical support, purchasing, Connectwise Manage, Microsoft 365 Business, and handling vendor portals. Prior to this, Faisal worked in banking at The National Commercial Bank and also in procurement and IT roles at skin company and Al-shiaka Company.
