Kevin Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the technology sector. Currently semi-retired and self-employed since January 2018, Kevin has been serving as a Program Manager at SMART Storage Systems since July 2012, leading the launch of the company's flagship enterprise SSD product, Optimus. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Engineering Program Manager at Western Digital following the acquisition of SanDisk, and at SanDisk, where responsibilities included developing the Product Life Cycle process. Kevin's tenure includes significant roles at Seagate Technology, where leadership was demonstrated as Development Sr. Engineering Director, and at both Quantum Corp and Maxtor Corp in various directorial positions. Earlier career experiences also include roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, culminating in a Manufacturing Business Manager position. Kevin holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Framingham State University.
