John Guidon has extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship, with a career spanning from 1985 to the present. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Smart Resources in Richmond, Virginia since January 2010, Guidon specializes in providing technical resources for both Fortune 500 and small companies. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Atlantic Resource Group, where relationships with similar clients were established for IT staffing needs, and as Owner and Founder of Paver Guidon, LLC, which developed a patented product based on market research. Guidon also founded Brickscapes, Inc., a pioneering hardscape construction firm in Central Virginia, and was involved in various other businesses in the construction and landscaping sectors. Guidon holds a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture from North Carolina State University.
