Peter Hudson is an experienced professional in the pension and benefits sector, currently serving as Product Director at Smart Pension since February 2020, previously holding the role of Pension Product Manager. Prior to this, Peter Hudson worked at Capita Employee Solutions for over 13 years, where roles included Head of Product, Product Owner, and Senior Benefits and Reward Consultant. Earlier experience includes positions at Scottish Life as an Online Support Consultant and Mercer as a Pensions Administrator. Peter Hudson holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Design and Manufacture from the University of Plymouth, along with A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Design & Technology from Bishop Luffa Technology College.
