Charlie Pace has over twenty years of work experience. Charlie began their career in 1990 as a Staff Auditor at Wells Fargo Bank (formerly First Interstate Bank). In 1991, they moved to Rehrig Pacific Company, where they held the roles of Finance Associate and Financial Analyst. In 1994, they were a Summer Associate at Deloitte. Charlie then joined Deloitte Consulting in 1995 as a Manager and Senior Consultant. In 1999, they joined SiteStuff, Inc. and held the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations. In 2010, they moved to Yardi Systems as a Senior Vice President. Charlie is currently the President & CEO of Smart Flour Foods, a position they have held since 2012.

Charlie Pace earned their MBA in Operations and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995. Charlie had previously graduated from the same university in 1990 with a BA in Economics.
