Cordelia Grey is a seasoned professional in the regulation and energy sectors, currently serving as a Regulation Business Partner and previously as a Regulation Analyst at Smart DCC since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant in the Energy Practice at Gemserv, where work involved the Master Registration Agreement (MRA) and Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES) projects, as well as providing assurance services to Higher Education institutions. Additionally, Cordelia held positions as a Senior Change Analyst for the Smart Energy Code Administration and Secretariat, progressing Modification Proposals, and as a Senior Analyst for the Alternative Home Area Network Company. An earlier role as an Analyst encompassed Helpdesk and compliance services for the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. Cordelia's career commenced with a project management internship at Groundwork, focused on the Mobile Garden City initiative. Academically, Cordelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Forensic Science from the University of Portsmouth.
