Mirta Desir is a filmmaker who is the founder and CEO of Smart Coos, a company focused on providing tools for children to be bilingual. Mirta was a Camelback Fellow at Camelback Ventures and holds a Juris Doctor degree in International Law/Business from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, as well as a B.A./B.S. in Communications and Philosophy from Syracuse University.
