Paolo Cerin is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in delivering successful projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Supervisor at Smart Communications, Inc., since December 2023, Paolo applies PMO control and process analysis skills to enhance project delivery. Previously, at Accenture, Paolo held roles as Program/Project Management Lead and PMO Practitioner, managing project scopes, client relationships, and resource allocation. A prior tenure at Dell EMC involved training in the EMC Global Services Associate Program, while earlier positions at Hewlett-Packard and IBM provided foundational experience in technology consulting and account management.
