Nathaniel B. Castillo is an experienced professional in the field of Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Section Head for OSS and Virtual Infrastructure Management at Smart Communications, Inc. since September 2003, Nathaniel has held various roles including Supervisor of Service Operations Center and Senior Service Management Engineer, focusing on management of IN service concerns and service complaints handling. Previous experience at PILTEL involved operations and maintenance of AMPS and CDMA networks as an ETACS Switch Engineer. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
