Chester Chong has worked in the hospitality and telecommunications industries since 2014. Chester began their career as a Night Auditor at the Kitano Hotel, where they were responsible for overseeing night operations and troubleshooting on-site routers and wireless access points. In 2016, they joined Wdi International Inc as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing operations at their NYC flagship restaurant and strategizing with corporate on marketing plans. Since 2019, they have been employed at Smart Choice Communications as a Project Engineer and Field/Level 1 Engineer.

Chester Chong attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Hospitality Administration/Management. Chester returned to the same school from 2018 to 2020 and earned an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
