Rohit Khanna is the Chief Customer Officer at Smarsh. His role is focused on supporting each of our clients to maximize customer satisfaction and ensuring that we enable the best outcomes for their businesses.
Rohit has a demonstrated track record of running global customer success and support services for cloud software providers - with customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Smarsh, Rohit was responsible for managing customer success and experience at multi-factor authentication software company SecureAuth. Prior to this, he worked for more than two decades in technology security.
Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
