Rich Bigelow is an experienced manager and project delivery expert with a significant background in data migrations and compliance archiving. Currently serving as the Manager of Migrations Delivery at Smarsh, Rich leads a team focusing on migration services into various Smarsh platforms. Prior to this role, Rich held positions such as Senior Project Manager at Smarsh and Senior Program/Account Delivery Manager at Micro Focus, specializing in the movement of unstructured data in SaaS solutions. Other relevant experience includes IT Project Manager for the Administrative Office of the Courts, where Rich contributed to the award-winning California Courts Protective Orders Registry application, as well as various project management roles in technology and software development. Rich holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, History, and Communications from the University of Connecticut.
