Mujahid Reza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Global People Systems and Analysis at Smarsh since October 2018. Mujahid's responsibilities include optimizing HR systems' integration and analytical capabilities while ensuring data accuracy and driving process improvements. Previously, Mujahid held various roles at Smarsh, contributing to total rewards strategy and compensation practices. Prior to joining Smarsh, Mujahid worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where important initiatives included the implementation of a global employee feedback program and management of HR integration during an acquisition. Early career experience includes a data analyst position at Mphasis and an MBA from Christ University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
