Khoj Ladha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and program management, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Smarsh since January 2022, Khoj previously held the position of Program Manager at Proofpoint for a decade, where responsibilities included managing the relationship with Microsoft Office 365 Federal and facilitating the design for moving appliances out of the Microsoft Datacenter. Prior to that, Khoj spent over eleven years at Microsoft, contributing significantly to the Exchange team through various roles, focusing on archiving and retention features, compliance, and hosted archive services. Khoj's technical expertise includes troubleshooting and debugging networking issues using C# and VB.Net, supported by a strong educational background from Central Michigan University, the University of Mumbai, and MHSS COE.
