Matt Hamilton is an experienced technology and product leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Jelly since November 2023 and as a Co-Founder at realnice and Smalltalk since December 2022. Previously, Matt held several significant roles, including VP of Product at Republic, where strategic leadership was provided for a complex regulated investment marketplace, and VP of Product at Bank Novo, focusing on product innovation and user engagement. Matt has also contributed as a Head of Engineering & Product Development at Ense and as VP of Product Infrastructure at Stash Invest. Initial career experiences include senior positions at Venmo and CTO at Timeflies, alongside co-founding roles at Tourbie. Matt holds a BS in Materials Science Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
