Samuel Flames has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Samuel started their career as a Qualified Swimming Instructor, Pool Lifeguard, and Receptionist at Poseidon Swim School Ltd in 2007, where they worked until 2011.

In 2010, they began working as a Personal Assistant and Qualified Intensive Interaction Practitioner for an autistic boy, providing home-based therapy and support until 2015.

Samuel then joined Morgan Marine Ltd as a Design Engineer from April 2015 to October 2015. Following this, they worked as a Technical Engineer at Yuasa Battery Europe Ltd from November 2015 to September 2016.

Samuel later served as a Lab Manager and Test Engineer at Swansea Materials Research & Testing Ltd from September 2016 to November 2017.

Samuel then worked as a Research and Development Engineer at The Sure Chill Company from November 2017 to April 2020.

From April 2020 to February 2023, they held the role of Mechanical Engineer at Crossflow Energy. Most recently, Samuel joined SmallSpark in February 2023 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Samuel Flames obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they pursued further education in Motorsport engineering at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, although the specific start and end dates for this program are unavailable.
