Tim Burnier is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in automation and manufacturing. Currently serving as Automation Director and previously as Director of Manufacturing and Automation Engineering Manager at Smalley since September 2019, Tim Burnier focuses on driving transformational processes through operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles. Prior roles include Automation Engineering Manager at Flex, Project Manager at IMA Automation North America, and Director of Operations for the Aftermarket Division at Standard Equipment. Tim Burnier has also held positions such as Product Engineering Manager at Elgin Sweeper and Engineering & Quality Director at Android Industries.
