Joshua Dsouza is an accomplished professional with experience in customer experience management and operations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Publisher CX at smallcase since August 2021, Joshua has earned recognition as “Stellar of the Month” in December 2023. Previously, as a Senior Associate, Joshua won the HEAPDUMP '22 virtual hackathon for innovation and was awarded “Stellar of the Month” twice during 2022. Joshua's career began at Citizengage as an Operations Associate, where performance metrics and GPS tracking were utilized to enhance fleet efficiency. Joshua also held a Market Research Intern position at Manipal Technologies Limited, focusing on competitive market analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Manipal Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from St Joseph Engineering College.
