Sarah Schmitz is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industries. Currently serving as the Director of Central Operations at Small Door since June 2024, Sarah previously held the role of Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Oula and Director of Operations at Tend. Prior to these positions, Sarah's leadership journey included managing multiple studios as a District Manager at Heyday and SoulCycle Inc., where responsibilities spanned from overseeing financial performance to cultivating strong team cultures and ensuring exceptional customer service. Sarah began the career as an Assistant Studio Manager and progressed through various roles, demonstrating a continuous commitment to operational excellence and talent development. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Drama from New York University.
