Andrea Duguay, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Events & Member Engagement at the Small Business Association of Michigan since February 2019, having previously held the position of Director of Owner to Owner Member Engagement. Before this role, Andrea worked at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association, where responsibilities included managing a membership database, planning over 15 annual events, and developing strategies to enhance member relations and increase sponsorship enrollment. Previous experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Accounting and Administrative Assistant, along with an internship in marketing/event planning at the Grandville Jenison Chamber of Commerce. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Marketing with a focus on Hospitality Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
