Siva Adapa, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries.

Starting from 2003, Siva worked as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Eurotech, where they installed and assembled electronic systems based on technical specifications.

In 2006, they ventured into self-employment as a Manpower Supplier, managing the entire hiring lifecycle and building a portfolio of clients and candidates.

From 2013 to 2014, Siva served as an Associate Consultant - Technical at GAEA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they configured, implemented, and provided product support activities to meet client needs.

Moving on, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Staff Developer - SFDC at Altimetrik, where they engaged in requirements gathering sessions, customer-facing presentations, and end-user training. SIVA also designed technical solutions and performed configuration/customization tasks.

In 2018, Siva joined TECOM Group Dubai as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, where they were responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Also in 2018, they began working at Culligan Middle East as a Project Manager - Salesforce CRM, executing projects on Agile methodology using JIRA and overseeing the progress of assigned user stories.

In 2021, Siva transitioned to Emirates Post as a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst, contributing to the technical aspects of the company's Salesforce CRM system.

In 2022, Siva served as a Manager - Salesforce & RevOps at Swvl, focusing on managing Salesforce operations and revenue operations.

Currently, they hold the position of VP - Delivery Management at Smaartt Digital | Salesforce SUMMIT Partner, where they oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects and manages the Salesforce delivery team.

Siva Adapa, PMP®, completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued Intermediate studies in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from the Board of Intermediate Education AP. SIVA also obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from the Board of Secondary Education AP in 1999-2000.

In addition to their formal education, Siva Adapa has obtained several certifications from Salesforce. These include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (November 2019), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (August 2019), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (July 2019), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (June 2018), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (March 2018), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) (February 2017), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (February 2016).

Furthermore, Siva Adapa recently achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021. Additionally, they received the Salesforce Certified force.com developer - DEV 401 certification in May 2014.
