Allen Chalk is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and substance use services, currently serving as the Director of Adult Outpatient Substance Use Services at LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. since August 2022 and as Program Director at Florida Treatment Services since February 2022. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Administrator at CoreCivic and Corizon Health, where responsibilities included planning mental health service programs, coordinating personnel, and conducting assessments. Allen Chalk has also served as Head of Security at Wayne Halfway Inc., overseeing daily operations and supervising staff, and has experience in mental health residential care management at Arden Towers.
