Shanan Saverance has over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Production Foreman at SM Energy Company since October 2019, after progressing from Senior Lease Operator. Prior to this role, Shanan held various positions at Legacy Reserves Operating LP from October 2012 to October 2019, including Production Foreman and Lease Operator. Previous experience includes being a First Responder at Eagle Adjusting Services, Inc., and an Insurance Adjuster at NCA Group. Shanan's career began at Alon USA in operations and includes roles as Claims Adjuster at Pacesetter Claims Service and Pump Technician at Adkins Supply Inc., along with a tenure as Shop Foreman at Southwest Tool. Shanan is an alumnus of Howard College.
