Erin Graham is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at SM Energy Company since June 2012, Erin has held various HR roles including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Senior Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to this, Erin contributed to the talent acquisition efforts at Newmont Mining Corporation on a contract basis and worked as a Corporate Recruiter at MDC Holdings-Richmond American Homes. Erin's career in recruitment began at Lakeshore Companies as a Recruiter. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed between 1999 and 2003.
