Amy W. has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Amy started their career in 1996 as a Global Payroll & HRIS Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company, where they managed recruitment, organization design, payroll, and HRIS for over 1,000 employees. Amy also played a key role in the company's IPO process and diversity initiatives.

In 1998, Amy worked as a Consultant at Triquest Puget Plastics LLC, providing HR and payroll consulting services for a merger and acquisition project.

From 2003-2005, they were a Benefits Manager/Sr. HR Professional at The Vancouver Clinic, where they handled benefit design, employee relations, policy review, and talent acquisition.
