Melissa Chordock possesses extensive experience in the fitness and retail industries, currently serving as President at SLT (Strengthen - Lengthen - Tone) since June 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of President at AKT Franchise from June 2018 to July 2023, and served as Senior Director of Studio Operations at Xtend Barre® from June 2017 to June 2018. With a solid background at Pure Barre from 2013 to 2017 as Director of Corporate Operations, Melissa also gained valuable experience at intermix inc as General Manager in 2012-2013, and at Victoria's Secret as Store Manager from June 2011 to September 2012. Earlier in the career at Bloomingdale's, Melissa held multiple roles including General Manager of Operations, Senior Merchandise Manager, and Selling Manager for Men's Tailored Clothing, Outerwear, & Shoes from October 2004 to February 2011. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1995 and 1999.
