Jason Cox is an experienced professional in the mining engineering sector, currently serving as the Technical Director for Mining Advisory Canada at SLR Consulting since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Executive Vice President - Mining Engineering at Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. from February 2004 to January 2020, and worked as a Senior Mine Engineer at Teck Resources Limited from 1996 to 2003. Jason's early career began with Cominco, where responsibilities included roles at Sullivan Mine in Kimberley, BC, Polaris Mine in Nunavut, and Pend Oreille Mine in Washington State. Jason earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Queen's University between 1992 and 1996.
