Jason Tran, CFA, is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in real estate and industrial projects. Currently serving as the Business Development Director at SLP since November 2020, Jason focuses on sourcing suitable warehouse development projects and conducting financial analyses for optimal deal structuring. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at RedDoorz, where Jason managed revenue targets for 200 hotels in Vietnam and led strategic market expansions, and playing a key role in forming a $200 million joint venture at Becamex IDC Vietnam. Jason's earlier experience spans positions at Wilson Parking, JTC Corporation, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where expertise in market research, financial modeling, and negotiations contributed to successful project outcomes and contract acquisitions. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and participated in an exchange program at The University of British Columbia.
