Andreas B. Myrvoll Edesberg began their work experience as an Intern at Microsoft in August 2014. Andreas B. Myrvoll then worked as a Research Assistant at CPSB (The Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc.) from July 2014 to August 2015. In January 2013, they started working as a Student Assistant/Consultant at BI Norwegian Business School's BI LearningLab, where they were involved in various projects such as research, video production, and podcast production. Andreas B. Myrvoll also served as an Academic Tutor during this time. From November 2014 to June 2015, they held the role of Coordinator for Blended Learning in Master of Management in School Leadership at BI Norwegian Business School, where they were responsible for improving distributed student learning using technology. In April 2015, they worked as a Lecturer in Organizational Psychology and Leadership at Aspiri AS. Andreas B. Myrvoll joined Deloitte in July 2015 as a Senior Consultant and held this position until June 2019. During their time at Deloitte, they served as a Senior Consultant and then as a Manager at Deloitte Digital. In these roles, they worked on projects related to product development, innovation strategy, digital leadership, and agile training. Andreas B. Myrvoll facilitated design sprints, hackathons, and provided Scrum Master certification training. In August 2014, they worked as a Co-Founder, Music producer, songwriter, and sound designer at EDESBERG MUSIKK, where they managed and promoted the project EDES. Andreas B. Myrvoll was involved in distribution, royalty collection, promotion/PR, graphic design, video production, and FB/IG ads. Andreas B. Myrvoll also signed with multiple international labels. Most recently, they co-founded Sloyd in April 2021. Finally, it is worth mentioning that Andreas B. Myrvoll Edesberg has been the founder of Antler since February 2021.

Andreas B. Myrvoll Edesberg has a diverse education history. Andreas B. Myrvoll began their educational journey at Nesbru and Rosenvilde, where they studied Media and Communication Studies from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they attended Viken Folkehøgskole, a Gap Year School focusing on Music, for the academic year of 2006-2007.

In 2007, Andreas enrolled at Høgskolen i Staffeldtsgate and earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Congregation and Leadership, which they completed in 2010.

Continuing their education, Andreas attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Collage Graduate degree in Business Administration. During the same period, they also pursued a Market Economist degree in Marketing, which they completed in 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Andreas returned to BI Norwegian Business School and completed a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Andreas has also obtained several certifications. These include being a Business Chemistry Facilitator from Deloitte in 2016, passing the Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 offered by Microsoft in 2015, completing the Human Content - Personality & Ability tests from Human Content as in 2015, obtaining certification as a Qualified SOQ-Practitioner - Creative Work Climate from CPSB (The Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc.) in 2015, becoming a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, and being an Apple Sales Professional certified by Apple in 2011.
