Robert M. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the United States Air Force from September 2010 to July 2015. Here, they led various teams and supported aircraft maintenance and US Special Operations Forces.

Following this, they worked as a Regional Safety Manager at Owens & Minor from August 2016 to March 2018, where they authored and led the Southeast region's safety program for 16 distribution centers, reducing the injury rate by 66%. Robert then transitioned to the role of Distribution Operations Supervisor, leading a team in daily warehouse operations and achieving excellent scores in corporate safety inspections.

In 2018, Robert joined Procure Analytics as a Manufacturing Program Manager responsible for delivering MRO indirect procurement programs for the nation's largest manufacturers. Robert led a 4-person Implementation Team, authored a new implementation process, and generated additional revenue.

From January 2020 to April 2022, Robert worked at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC as a Project Manager in Business Process Improvement. Robert established a Lean Six Sigma program, improving 25+ internal business processes and communicating recommendations to executive leaders.

Later, from April 2022 to March 2023, Robert served as a Project Manager at WestRock Company, leading cross-functional supply chain projects and coaching project leads. Robert drove $3.7M of efficiency and productivity improvements.

Most recently, Robert started working at Slip Robotics in July 2023 as a Senior Program Manager.

Robert M. completed their Executive Masters of Business Administration in Management of Technology at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2006 to 2010. During the same time, they also pursued Military and Strategic Leadership through AFROTC, DET 002, Class 2010 at California State University-San Bernardino. Additionally, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from the same institution.

Robert also obtained several certifications including Last Planner System from Lean Construction Institute (US) in November 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Georgia Institute of Technology in October 2017, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in October 2020, and Smart Sheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in November 2020.
