Carl Steinhauser possesses a strong background in electrical and computer engineering, with a Master of Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Currently serving as a Space Surveillance and Tracking Engineer at Slingshot Aerospace since November 2022, Carl previously held the position of Signal Processing Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from June 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes roles as an instructional assistant and undergraduate research assistant at the University of Michigan, along with engineering internships at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and Delphi. Additionally, Carl contributed as a peer advisor, supporting first-year students in their research experiences.
