Adriaan den Bakker has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Consultant at Robert Half. Adriaan then worked as an International Sales Manager and later as a General Manager at Tiger Trail Laos. In 2012, they joined TUI and held various roles including Product Manager, Yield Manager, and Manager Yield, responsible for yield management, automating reporting, and optimizing profit. Following this, they served as a Manager Discounts & Bonuses at Sligro Food Group from 2019 to 2021. After that, they became the Manager Product & Contracting at Vacansoleil Camping Holidays, where they managed a team and oversaw the selection and contracting of campsites. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Product Officer at Prijsvrij Vakanties, and they are presently working as a Team Lead Pricing at Sligro Food Group.

Adriaan den Bakker earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in SPH from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences between the years 2000 and 2004. Adriaan later pursued a Master's degree in Comparative European Social Studies from London Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2005.
