Vijayan Rathinam is a Senior Quality Analyst at Slide since October 2024, responsible for developing and implementing test plans and quality strategies for IPX related products, along with maintaining regression test suites. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Software QA Analyst at Seibels from August 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities involved creating Master Test Plans and defining overall QA strategies. At Progressive Insurance, from December 2015 to August 2022, Vijayan led a six-member QA testing team, focusing on compliance with quality assurance standards and testing strategy development. Earlier experience as a Quality Professional at Safeway from January 2013 to December 2015 highlighted proficiency in ETL using DataStage and preparation of detailed test schedules. Vijayan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RVS School of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2002.
