Ron Kujawa is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Sletten Construction Companies in the Energy Division since August 2015. In this role, Ron supports project planning, coordination, and the management of specific project elements, while also addressing project activity issues. Previously, Ron worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing solar farm installations and collaborating with QA/QC teams. Prior to joining Sletten, Ron served as General Superintendent and Electrical Project Coordinator at GSL Electric Inc., where responsibilities included hiring, maintaining relationships between office and field staff, and supporting project management activities. Ron holds an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Erie Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
