Vincent Ma has a strong background in IT, with experience working as an IT Technician at both Sledgehammer Games and Ubisoft Toronto. At Sledgehammer Games, they are currently employed in this role, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Vincent worked at Ubisoft Toronto from 2017 to 2022, starting as an IT Technician and advancing to the position of IT Technician (Level 2). Vincent also worked as an IT Administrator Intern at The Equitable Bank from 2016 to 2017.

Vincent Ma pursued their education starting from 2010 until 2014 at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Seneca College to acquire a Diploma in Computer Networking and Technical Support, specializing in Information Technology. Additionally, Vincent Ma obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in January 2022.
