Alexandra Rivera has extensive experience in behavior management and operations, currently serving as Behavior Operations Supervisor and Behavior Program Manager at SLEA Therapies since January 2016. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Care Manager at Autism Spectrum Therapies from July 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing care strategies for individuals with autism. Earlier in the career, Alexandra held the position of Purchasing Manager at Caesarstone Corporate from 2002 to 2006, contributing valuable skills in procurement and supply chain management.
