Deise Schmidt has been serving as Coordenadora de RH at SLC AGRICOLA SA since September 2000, focusing on performance management and leadership development programs, including knowledge management, development of new leaders, and coaching for executives and management. Previously, Deise worked as Coordenadora de Adm. Pessoal at Ferramentas Gerais Com. Ind. S/A from 2006 to 2007. Deise's educational background includes degrees in Administración from FATREM - SETREM, Recursos Humanos Estratégico from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and coaching from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, complemented by training in communication and interpersonal relations from Dale Carnegie Training, as well as coordination of groups from SBDG.
