Amy Schneider, MS, LPC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute since January 2022. With expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments and documenting treatment progress, Amy also owns and operates a private practice, Innovative Counseling, LLC, since March 2016, offering sliding scale fees. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Inpatient Utilization Manager at Centene Corporation, Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator at Home State Health Plan, and various therapeutic positions across multiple organizations. Amy holds a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Child and Family Development and Psychology, both from Missouri State University.
