Ravichandran Durairajan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in building and managing strategic Test Centers of Excellence across major organizations. Currently serving as the Head IT Center at Schlumberger in Coimbatore since August 2016, Ravichandran has been responsible for establishing a world-class technology center while leading strong support teams and enhancing capabilities in alignment with global standards. Prior roles include serving as General Manager and Head of the AXA Test Center, where Ravichandran successfully developed a scalable testing framework, as well as holding leadership positions at HP and Deutsche Bank, managing various aspects of testing services and project delivery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electronics from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Bharathiar University.
