Marina Bulova has extensive experience in sustainability and innovation within the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Climate Action and Nature Domain Head at SLB since October 2003. In this role, Marina ensures the alignment of internal Climate and Nature frameworks with external standards while developing training programs for employee empowerment in sustainable decision-making. Prior experience includes managing SLB's involvement in the Science-Based Targets initiative to calculate greenhouse gas emissions and commit to Net Zero by 2050. Additionally, Marina has held various leadership positions focused on university collaborations, research developments in digital technologies and reservoir stimulation, and significant engineering achievements in product development. Marina holds two PhDs in Material Science and Physical Chemistry, along with a Master's degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
