Paloma Alcantara is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as an Associate at Niederer Kraft Frey since April 2022, Paloma has previously held associate positions at Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C., and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. A background in law began at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes, S.C. as a Legal Trainee, leading to a comprehensive understanding of corporate and commercial law. Academically, Paloma obtained an LL.M. in International Economic Law, Business & Policy from Stanford University, complemented by a post-graduate degree in Corporate and Commercial Law and a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana.
