Thomas Hancock is an experienced professional in the construction and heavy equipment operation fields. Currently serving as a Foundation Drilling/Piling Superintendent at Slaton Bros, Inc since May 2024, Thomas oversees piling and foundation drilling operations and engages in hands-on work as necessary. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Lawrence Construction Company from September 2019 to May 2024 as a Foundation Drill Rig Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator, managing large diameter bores and operating a variety of heavy machinery. Additional experience includes leadership as Head Wrestling Coach at On Point Striking, Loss Prevention Officer at Transformco, and military training as a US Army Cadet. Thomas also held roles in CDL driving, hydromulch operations, and commercial landscaping throughout a progressive career starting from 2014. Education includes a high school diploma from Woodland Park High School and attendance at Colorado State University Pueblo.
